Want to know how real money-oriented hypocritical lawyers, corrupt policemen and politicians do business and earn their big bucks? Don’t think this is only happening in some third world miserable countries, you’ll find the same thing, less blatant and less bloody maybe, but still the very same game wherever you are. Too bad the plot is crammed for the sake of duration like trying to wedge a whole season long of cop tv show into one film. Jose Padilha should let it runs as a three or even four hour epic and let the pictures tell the story instead of depending too much on the omniscient voiceover narration; or just simply trimmed down his script.
My Rating: 7/10
