2012 Oscar Foreign Language Film Submissions: ‘Patagonia’

A Welsh photographer and his flirty girlfriend on a work trip to Argentina. An Argentinian old lady and her young geeky nephew on personal pilgrimage to her ancestor’s land in Wales. Beautiful, beautiful, spectacular landscapes and culturally rich settings, only to be let down quite badly by its formulaic and highly predictable storyline.

My Rating: 5/10
